Reset The device can be reset when the video encoder is in the ready mode. Using a pin or paper clip, press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds. The communication configuration settings of the video encoder reset to the manufacturer's settings of the video encoder reset to the manufacturer's default settings.
Troubleshooting
  • Wi-Fi Camera Offline – Please refer to this page if your Wi-Fi is not connected and is listed as “status unknown” in the ADT Pulse app. 
  • Camera Video Quality – Please refer to this page if you are encountering issues with your camera’s video quality. 
  • Pulse Gateway Offline – The video gateway controls your wireless connections. Please refer to this page if your device is offline or is receiving a “Status Unavailable” message.

Pulse Enrollment
This device can be enrolled through the Manage Device section of the Web or Admin Portal. This device must be paired to Pulse while it is wired to the gateway using the provided adapter. For help enrolling your camera, please refer to the Pulse Camera Add On and Replacement page.
