Identity Protection End of Service FAQs

 

ADT has made a strategic business decision to discontinue our Identity Protection services. ADT has no current plans to offer an equivalent service but are always looking for new options to explore for our customers.

Your service and online account access will be cancelled at midnight on March 31, 2024.

If you have an open case prior to service cancellation, rest assured we will continue to work on your case until it is resolved. Feel free to contact your assigned representative or call our service administrator Sontiq at (877) 238-2666 for assistance.

As long as the event linked to your claim occurred on or prior to March 31, 2024, you will have 60 days from the event date to file a claim with us by calling our service administrator Sontiq at (877) 238-2666.

As a courtesy, we’ll apply a credit to your account to offset the fee for your last month of service.

While we have no current plans to offer an equivalent service, we’re always looking for new ways to provide the best protection for our loyal customers.

You can cancel your ADT Identity Protection service at any time before March 31, 2024, and will not be charged an early termination fee.
